MEDICAL WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PHYSICIAN

Bronson Methodist Hospital, Kalamazoo, Michigan, is seeking to employ a full-time Bariatrician/Medical Weight Management Physician to join their Bariatric Surgery Program.  Bronson is expanding by adding a Medical Weight Management Program to their well- established surgery program to provide comprehensive weight loss options. In addition to launching the medical arm, the candidate will medically optimize surgical patients and participate in administrative duties.  This position represents an exciting opportunity for the right physician to participate in the development and implementation of Bariatric medical care and to champion the outreach and education efforts focused on the medical prevention and treatment of obesity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical, leadership, and interpersonal skills, have 5+ years of clinical experience.  Candidate will be BE/BC and be BC by the ABOM within one year of employment, if not already.
