Busy practice seeks Board certified Bariatric Surgeon who has love for and is trained in laparoscopy. One facility will be covered. Practice and hospital call coverage will be 1:5. Office hours observed are 8:30-5:00. Average daily patient volume ranges between 35-45. Average monthly admits continues to climb between 60-90.

Regional Medical Center is one of only two hospitals in Florida to launch an Endosuite OR-a fully integrated, voice-controlled operating room of the future. The Endosuite will be used when performing minimally invasive laparoscopic surgeries and advanced procedures like gastric bypass surgery. A key component of the Endosuite OR is a voice-controlled system called Hermes. Hermes gives surgeons direct control of surgical devices using simple verbal commands. It also provides surgeons the technology to receive digital images from other sources in the hospital, including X-rays and microscopic pathology.
